These terms are an agreement between you and Peekl, LLC (“Peekl”, “we”, “us”). They govern your use of the website at peekl.io and the audit service described on it (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. Questions? Email us at hello@peekl.io.
Who we are
The Service is operated by Peekl, LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. If you need our full registered company details, ask and we'll provide them.
What the Service does
Peekl checks whether AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude recommend a business when people ask questions relevant to it, compares that business against others, and produces a report with a ranked list of suggested actions. The free check gives a short preview; the paid audit gives the full report and plan.
The Service reports what those assistants returned at the time we ran the checks. AI answers change over time and between runs, so results are a measurement, not a fixed or guaranteed state.
Accounts
You can sign in with a magic link or with Google. You're responsible for keeping access to your email or Google account secure, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at hello@peekl.io if you think someone else is using it. You must give accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract where you live.
Plans, prices and payment
- Free check. A preview at no cost.
- Full audit. A one-time purchase of $99. It includes the full report, every competitor and cited source we found, and a ranked fix list with step-by-step instructions. It does not include a re-check.
- Monthly tracking. An optional subscription of $39 per month that re-runs the check, charts your presence over time, and sends appear or disappear alerts. It renews each month until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime in one click. Cancelling stops future charges; it doesn't refund the current period.
Prices are in US dollars and don't include any taxes that may apply. Payments are handled by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. We may change prices, and we'll show the current price before you buy. Founding prices, where offered, apply as described at the time of purchase.
Refunds
The full audit is a one-time service delivered digitally. If something goes wrong on our side, or the audit fails to complete, email us at hello@peekl.io and we'll make it right, including a refund where appropriate. For monthly tracking, cancel anytime to stop future charges.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to break the law or infringe someone else's rights.
- Submit a business you have no connection to in order to harass, impersonate, or mislead, or enter information you know to be false.
- Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service or its reports beyond your own business use, or try to reverse-engineer how it works.
- Interfere with the Service, get around usage limits or security, or place automated or excessive load on it.
Your content and your report
You keep ownership of the business details you enter. You give us permission to use them to run the Service and produce your report. The report we generate is for your own business use; we keep the underlying methods, aggregated data, and the software behind the Service. We may use de-identified, aggregated data to improve the Service.
No guarantees
We don't promise that any assistant will recommend you, that your ranking will improve, or that following the plan will produce a specific result. The suggestions are informed guidance based on what we observed, not a guaranteed outcome. Be cautious of anyone who guarantees rankings in AI answers.
Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including AI providers and the assistants we query, payment and hosting providers, and sign-in providers. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for them. Names of assistants, companies, and other businesses are used factually to describe results and comparisons, and remain the property of their owners.
Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but don't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of it, and we'll try to give notice of significant changes where reasonable.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peekl, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending your use
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy & Cookie Policy). We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to it or to others.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we'll give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
Peekl, LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Delaware, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware will have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
